Terms of Service

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the travel planning services ("Service") provided by CrossNetApps ApS, CVR 35680896, Solbrinken 46, 2750 Ballerup, Denmark ("Planory", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

Planory provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for collaborative travel planning that allows users to create, organize, and share travel itineraries. We provide tools for managing trips, expenses, tasks, and collaboration with other users. The content and data created through the Service is determined and owned by the customer.

3. Subscriptions and Trials

Each new user is eligible for a free 14-day trial which includes full access to all features. The trial expires automatically and does not convert to a paid subscription unless you explicitly purchase a subscription. Payment is handled exclusively via a secure third-party payment processor (Stripe), and subscriptions are billed annually in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you'll keep access until the end of your billing year.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Obligations

Customers must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share login credentials outside their authorized use
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrossNetApps ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Availability and Support

The Service is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis without warranties or guarantees of uptime. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure availability and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support inquiries sent to support@crossnetapps.dk are typically responded to during regular Danish business hours (CET), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any planned maintenance or major issues will be announced on our website.

8. Data Protection

Planory processes personal data on behalf of customers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may export your data before termination
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

Planory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. We specifically disclaim liability for downtime, third-party failures, and data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossNetApps ApS shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Force Majeure

Planory shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Users will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

13. Assignment

Planory may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Customers may not assign their rights without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, regardless of the user's country of residence or business location. Any disputes shall be settled by the City Court of Copenhagen (Byretten i København) as the court of first instance.

15. Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of January 10, 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
